Trophy Maine whitetail deer hunting, local game hunting, and grouse hunting on the Midcoast is as good as Maine hunting gets for novice and experienced hunters. You can choose a guided Maine hunt or go on your own, either way you will have the comforts of a private modernized hunting lodge waiting for you in the evening. You will be in the Midcoast where traditional hunters find their chances of success to be excellent.
Because of its coastal location near several freshwater lakes, marine wetlands, and riparian forest, this location offers a truly pure hunting experience. Success is more dependent on the hunter's skill not only with firearm or bow, but with tracking game, anticipation and recognition of game movement.

Specializing in island and private lands. Many techniques used and taught to guests for spotting and locating deer and other game. Private, public and extended areas (leased) extending along fallow fields, secondary forest, and wetlands offers dynamic and versatile hunting options.
Expanded archery hunts available on private lands/islands.
Now adding Bear hunts. Arrive on Sunday, hunt Monday-Friday, depart Saturday at your convenience. Meals and transportation included. License separate ($188). August 29th through September 24th.
Coyote Hunts Over Bait. Price includes meals, lodging and transportation. License separate ($114 plus $4 for night hunting). December 16th through August 31st.

Midcoat Maine is at the top of the Eastern fly-way and has outstanding Maine sea duck hunting. Midcoast Outfitters has a high success rate for sighting sea ducks on Penobscot Bay. We can guarantee a fun filled day. With generations of local knowledge and exclusive locations, guests keep coming back each year. Ask about our Canada goose hunts.

Fish for all species of Trout, Large Mouthed Bass and Small Mouthed Bass in the small outlying ponds, lakes, rivers and streams from May (ice out) through September.
Maine is noted for having some of the best wild and native trout populations left in the U.S. If you're looking for a remote fishing adventure, Midcoast Outfitters can take you there. Our methods include trolling, spin casting, and fly fishing depending on the season and the body of water being fished.

Refund Policy:
In case of emergencies, you may change your booking dates, subject to availability of course, within the same season or year. Or, you may apply your 50% deposit to the following year. |
